The frenzy of Black Friday is nearly here, which means long lines amid shopping insanity.
But one person on Twitter has a different idea.
@OverlyLiked posted a photo this week announcing he was selling a Wal-Mart employee vest for $100 so people could pretend to be an employee and skip the store’s wait on Black Friday.
In less than one day, it was retweeted more than 27,000 times.
I’m selling this Walmart vest for $100. Use it to skip the line during Black Friday. You can even walk in, grab what you want, and walk out🤷🏾♂️. pic.twitter.com/Q0UyDHUeU0

After receiving offers to buy the vest, @OverlyLiked said it was a joke and he doesn’t even own a Wal-Mart vest.
But the idea was out there, and now dozens upon dozens of people are actually trying to sell their employee uniforms within that same Twitter feed.
