AKRON, Ohio — It's the most romantic day of the year, meaning a chance to say "I do" returns to Akron's Civic Theatre.
For the second year, Akron Municipal Court judges will perform weddings inside the historic theater. Judge Jon Oldham and Judge Ron Cable will officiate ceremonies from 10 a.m. to noon and from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Couples must have their ceremony scheduled and paid for ahead of time. They'll also need a marriage license.
Couples who live within Akron Municipal Court's jurisdiction must pay a $25 fee. Those living outside the area must pay $40.
