1. West Side Market Cafe
Topping the list is West Side Market Cafe. Located at 1979 W. 25th St. in Ohio City, the diner and breakfast spot is the highest-rated inexpensive diner in Cleveland, boasting four stars out of 99 reviews on Yelp. The menu features French toast, salads, frittatas, burgers and more.
Yelper Laura B., who reviewed West Side Market Cafe on Oct. 7, wrote, 'The West Side Market Cafe was perfect. I personally had huevos rancheros and Platform Cider Becky. It was delicious. The chorizo was unbelievable. Everything was so fresh.'
2. Steve's Doghouse
Brooklyn Centre's Steve's Doghouse, located at 3850 Pearl Road, is another top choice, with Yelpers giving the low-priced diner 4.5 stars out of 27 reviews.

3. Canarys Family Restaurant
And finally, Canarys Family Restaurant is another affordable go-to, with four stars out of 40 Yelp reviews. Head over to 14810 Puritas Ave. to see for yourself. On the menu, look for pancakes, eggs and veggie skillets, as well as salads, burgers and patty melts.
