The following are the reduced adoption fees:

  • Adult Dogs
    • $50 (originally $125)
  • Adult cats
    • $20 (originally $50)
  • Kittens
    • $50 (originally $95)
  • Small mammal
    • Half off

"Animal shelters across the country are struggling with overcrowding right now because the rate of animals coming in to our facilities is outpacing the rate of animals leaving," says Sharon Harvey, Cleveland APL President & CEO. "That means we all are in desperate need of adopters so we can "clear the shelters" and bring in animals that are waiting for an empty cage and our help. This year’s Clear the Shelters event couldn’t have come at a better time," Harvey added.

“We have so many amazing, loving animals who are just looking for the right person to fall in love with them. Whether you’re looking for a cuddle buddy, a new running buddy, or anything in between, we’ve got the right match for you!"
