Cleveland Animal Protective League hosting "Pitty and Kitty Party" with reduced adoption fees party through October 17

It's getting cold outside; time to adopt a pet to snuggle with this fall and winter!

CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Animal Protective League (APL) wants folks to bring home a new furry friend as the weather gets brisker in Northeast Ohio!

The Cleveland APL's "Pitty and Kitty" party begins Monday, October 5. 

All Pit Bull type dogs and pitty mixes will be available for an adoption fee of $50.00 plus the county licensing fee.  The regular dog adoption fee is $125.00.

Cats that are a year of age and older, will be available for adoption for $25.00, regular cat adoption fees are $50.00 and kittens will be available for a $50.00 adoption fee, where the regular fee for a kitten is $125.00.

Other than the reduced adoption fees, the rest of the APL's mostly virtual, appointment-based adoption process remains unchanged.

New adopters will have to schedule an appointment and face masks are required for all services.
