CLEVELAND – Parker’s Downtown, a new restaurant located in downtown Cleveland, is gearing up for its grand opening, just in time for the Republican National Convention.
The 4,700-square-foot restaurant is located in the same building as the Kimpton Schofield Hotel. Although the restaurant is not affiliated with the hotel, it will be providing food service to hotel guests along with walk-in customers.
The restaurant has two-levels. It includes a bar and fits 110 guests. The restaurant features a breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. Overnight and cocktail menus are also provided.
“We wanted to stay true to Cleveland and the Midwest,” said Executive Chef, Andrew Gorski. “Being part of the Kimpton’s lower level, we also wanted the menu to feel like a bigger city menu.”
The restaurant's bar is open July 17th from noon to 2 a.m.
Parker’s Downtown officially opens July 18th at 6:30 a.m.
