LYNDHURST, Ohio — Northeast Ohio's only Tesla dealership is for sale.
According to B+E, the 2.9 acre property, located at 5180 Mayfield Road, is for sale for $6 million. B+E says the property carries a 6 percent cap rate with a long term net lease.
The property that Tesla is leasing from is not for sale.
B+E spokesperson Spencer Henderson said in a news release issued Tuesday that the Cleveland area Tesla property is just one of two Tesla service centers in the state.
The Lyndhurst property features a show room, where buyers can design and order their new vehicle.
