Lyft to offer free rides in honor of National Women's History Month

The company is offering free rides up to $10 beginning International Women's Day.

Lyft is celebrating Women’s History Month by providing free rides up to $10 in the Cleveland area.

Starting on International Women’s Day, March 8, Lyft will be providing this deal to people traveling to impactful locations in Cleveland including the International Women’s Air & Space Museum, the National First Ladies’ Library, Brewnuts, CLE Urban Winery, and the Prosperity Social Club.

The company has also partnered with former Obama White House Senior Advisor, Valerie Jarrett, to feature the people and places that have inspired her to get to where she is today. To watch the interview, click here.

On top of this, The company will be hosting local meet-ups for female drivers to help further relationships within the driver community and will launch a social content series that highlights civic heroes and female Lyft drivers who have made an impact in their cities and across the country.
