Feds release $310 billion to help small businesses

Money expected to run out quickly.

CLEVELAND —

On Monday, the Small Business Administration released the second round of funding for small businesses, $310 billion dollars. There were several problems with the first round as many small businesses couldn't get funding, while larger businesses got plenty.
