CLEVELAND — Two suspects have been arrested and two others remain at large after a man was fatally shot at the Sunoco gas station on Buckeye Road in Cleveland on Monday morning.
According to Cleveland Police, officers responded to a shot Spotter call at the Sunoco gas station located at 13009 Buckeye Road at approximately 5 a.m. on Monday. Upon arrival, officers located the victim, a 38-year-old male, down in the parking lot.
Officers proceeded to render first aid to the victim until the arrival of EMS, which conveyed him to Univesity Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
According to a preliminary investigation, the victim was involved in an altercation with four suspects who then shot him and left the area on foot. Two female suspects have been arrested on murder charges, with another female suspect and male suspect remaining at large.
An investigation remains ongoing.
