Aisha Fraser's death officially ruled a homicide

Fraser's estranged husband, former Cuyahoga County Judge Lance Mason, is accused of fatally stabbing her.

The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner has officially ruled last Saturday's death of 45-year-old Aisha Fraser a homicide.

Officials say Fraser died of "multiple stab and incised wounds." Her body was discovered in the driveway of the Shaker Heights home.

Fraser's estranged husband, former Cuyahoga County Judge Lance Mason, is accused of fatally stabbing her. However, he has yet to be formally charged in her death, and as of now stands only charged of assaulting a police officer while fleeing the scene. As of Tuesday, Mason remains hospitalized with injuries of his own.

Fraser, a sixth grade teacher in Shaker Heights, was remembered by loved ones at a vigil Monday evening.
