AMBER Alert for 4-month-old Northeast Ohio boy has been canceled

Officials indicated Rahkor M. Parker had been found safe just before 7 a.m., roughly five hours after he went missing.

NILES, Ohio — Authorities have canceled an AMBER Alert for a 4-month-old boy who was apparently taken from a Trumbull County home early Wednesday morning.

Police say Rahkor M. Parker was abducted from a residence on the 30 block of Wilson Avenue in Niles around 1:30 a.m. They later released a photo of the suspect, identified as 23-year-old Rayvon V. Parker. It is not known if the two are related.

Just before 7 a.m., the alert was taken down, indicating Rahkor had been found safe. He and Rayvon were believed to be in the Youngstown area, but the exact circumstances of their location are unknown at this time.

Officials have not yet said of Rayvon Parker will face criminal charges. Stay with 3News for updates as they become available.
