20-year-old man shot, killed at gas station on Cleveland's east side, police say

The man was pronounced dead on scene, according to officials.

The Cleveland Division of Police are investigating today after a 20-year-old man was shot and killed at a gas station on the city's east side. 

According to officials, the incident happened around 5:00 p.m. at the Express Stop gas station (11609 Miles Avenue) in Cleveland.

Police say that the 20-year-old, who has not been identified yet, was hit with several bullets and was pronounced by medics at 5:35 p.m. 

The Cleveland Division of Police's Homicide Unit and Special Investigations Unit were both notified of the incident. 

There is no more information available at this time.
