Evans' arrest on Friday marked his second in less than a month. On December 24, he was arrested by Parma and Brooklyn Police officers in connection with three other breaking and entering cases. Two of those cases occurred at JB's Tavern located in the 4300 block of Brookpark Road in Parma on December 3 and December 16. The last case occurred in the city of Brooklyn.

According to police, Evans was arraigned in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court and given a personal bond. Police believe Evans could be responsible for other crimes that occurred while he was released. Officials are working with multiple agencies to solve those open cases.

This case and the remaining incidents are still under investigation.
