A Canton man has been accused of operating a vehicle while impaired for the 10th time.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol says 55-year-old Timothy A. Draper was arrested following a crash on State Route 3 at County Road in Clinton Township. At least one person was injured in the incident.
Draper was driving a vehicle that was owned by another person, according to officials. In addition to DWI, other charges include operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and not wearing a seat belt.
Draper has pleaded not guilty to the charges. He is scheduled to appear in Wayne County Municipal Court this coming Tuesday at 1 p.m.
