CLEVELAND — Fugitive of the Week Andrew Barker is wanted by Cleveland police after he fired a gun into an upstairs window of a woman who was playing his music too loudly at any apartment complex near Lake Avenue and West 83rd Street on March 26, 2019.
Several neighbors complained about the music before the shooting, but it's unclear why Barker was at the apartment complex at the time of the shooting since his last known address is near the 3400 block of E.104th Street in Cleveland.
The victim, 34 year old Ivette Gonzazlez-Perez was struck by the bullet and died later at MetroHealth Hospital. Barker has been on the run since.
Andrew Barker is a 41 years old, black, 5 feet 6 inches and weighs 165 pounds.
