Joshua Allen is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service for armed robbery after breaking into a home on East 130th Street in Cleveland on December 9, 2019.
Allen should be considered armed and dangerous. He is a black male, about 6 feet tall and weighs 230 pounds. Police believe he has connections to both sides of Cleveland.
