On December 7, 2015, Zakareia "Zak" Husein was working at his family's pizza shop, Premium New York Style Pizza, on East Glenwood Avenue in Akron. A masked gunman walked into the store, demanded money, then shot and killed the 21-year-old Husein. After more than two years of following up on tips, detectives identified Anderson as the suspect involved in the fatal shooting.

Summit County Prosecutor Sherri Bevan Walsh says Anderson faces a possible sentence of life in prison without parole.
