The Parma Police Department has made an arrest in connection to a shooting that took place Wednesday afternoon in the 5200 block of Knollwood Drive.

According to officials, 20-year-old Eric E. Rosado is one of two men suspected of being involved in a shooting that took place on July 21, when officials showed up to Knollwood Drive for reports of shots fired.

Upon arrival at the scene Wednesday, EMS and police officers provided care to a 24-year-old male, found with multiple gunshot wounds. The man was taken to MetroHealth and is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

Police say two males were seen fleeing the scene and stopping in a nearby apartment complex. Once officers arrived at the complex, one man was identified as having been present at the shooting while the other, now identified as Ricardo, was inside of an apartment.
