Stow Police investigating multiple breaking and entering incidents

Summit County Crimestoppers is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the capture and prosecution of the suspect(s)

STOW, Ohio — The Stow Police Department is investigating a series of breaking and entering crimes that have occurred since February 24 of this year. 

Police say the nine incidents have all happened overnight when the businesses were closed. Here is a list of the businesses that have been broken into:

  • February 24/25 - Nervous Dog Cafe at 4161 Steels Pointe Drive
  • February 24/25 - Los Girasoles at 4161 Steels Pointe Drive
  • Feburary 24/25 - Famous Hair at 3515 Hudson Drive
  • March 3/4 - Tong Tong on 1646 Norton Road
  • April 14/15 - Tavern of Stow at 4976 Darrow Road
  • April 14/15 - Marquette School of Dance at 4958 Darrow Road (Police say this was an attempted B & E but there was no entry)
  • April 14/15 - Gavin Scott Salon at 4960 Darrow Road
  • April 14/15 - Ms. Mikis Gymnastics at 4958 Darrow Road
  • April 15/16 - Take 5 Oil Change at 4424 Kent Road. 

Surveillance video (shown above) has given investigators a very limited description of the suspect – he appears to be a white male. A vehicle seen in the area at the time was a larger SUV which may be lighter in color.
