A man wanted for killing a recent lottery winner in Cleveland has been caught.

19-year-old Michael Ward was arrested early Tuesday morning “hiding in a home on 24th Street NW in Barberton,” according to the U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force.

He was wanted for aggravated murder in the June 5, 2018, death of Isaac Carson Jr.

Carson, who won $50,000 in the lottery shortly before his death, was killed outside of the Lady Luck Pub on Cleveland’s far east side.

Authorities say the murder took place “after a fight in Carson’s vehicle.”

Ward was identified as a suspect in the case back on Dec. 10.

No additional information has been released.
