Stark County officials investigating shooting in Canton after 2 men found shot in a home Wednesday afternoon

Police transported both men to local hospitals and their conditions are unknown at this time.

The Stark County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting that took place Wednesday around 2 p.m. in Canton. 

According to officials, Sheriff’s Deputies were called to a home in the 300 block of Trump Avenue for shots fired. Upon arrival, deputies found two males, both shot.

The two victims were immediately transported by the Canton Township Fire Department to local hospitals for treatment and their conditions are unknown at this time. 

Police tell 3News that the shooting remains under investigation and anyone with information is encouraged to reach out to the Stark County Sheriff’s Office at (330) 430-3800 or the Anonymous Crime Tip Line at 330-451-3937.
