ASHTABULA COUNTY, Ohio — Early Tuesday morning, members of the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested 46-year-old Jeramy Eggleton for aggravated murder.

Eggleton and four other people were wanted by the Cleveland Division of Police for allegedly shooting 34-year-old Joseph Owens on E. 140 Street on August 22.

Marshals say that a 41 year old woman was allegedly carjacked and attacked which prompted Eggleton and four other people to confront and get into an argument with Owens that turned into a shoot-out.

Task force members arrested Eggleton at a home near the 4900 block of Cornell Avenue in Ashtabula, where he will wait extradition back to Cleveland.
