Lorain County school districts host virtual spirit day

Residents were encouraged to school school and community pride

LORAIN COUNTY, Ohio — The Wellington Village School District along with Avon Lake City Schools worked to engage their communities by hosting a virtual spirit day.

Residents were encouraged to wear Shoremen and Dukes colors to show off their pride.

Those who took part, shared photos along with a sign that was printable from their school district.

Those pictures were posted and shared using the hashtag #AvonLakeVirtualSpiritDay and #DukesVirtualSpiritDay.
