#3Consumer: Are you seeing stocked store shelves in your area?

Coronavirus concerns are emptying the shelves across Northeast Ohio.

Empty Shelves?

Several stores across Northeast Ohio are running low on supplies following Governor Mike DeWine's press conference Thursday afternoon.

DeWine, like in previous debriefs, confirmed the current number of Coronavirus cases and offered recommendations on how to stop the spread of the disease. He also issued a ban on gatherings of 100 people or more and implemented an extended spring break for students K-12, beginning Monday.

While the "mass gatherings ban"  doesn't impact typical office environments, schools, restaurants, factories, or retail or grocery stores, that didn't stop people from trying to stock up on supplies.

3News has sighted empty shelves at several local stores including Wal-mart, Giant Eagle and Target.
