CLEVELAND -- For the last seven years hundreds of people in the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community have received their healthcare from a facility that focuses on their specific needs.
MetroHealth's Pride Clinic is located in the McCafferty Health Center located at 4242 Lorain Ave.
Dr. Henry Ng is the director and says the purpose is to give people a warm, friendly and affirming environment.
Often his patients tell him other providers don't understand or want to treat them.
The Pride Clinic is the only dedicated LGBT health center in Ohio.
