CLEVELAND — On Thursday, the US House of Representatives voted 232-196 in favor of establishing the process it will follow to formally open an impeachment inquiry concerning President Donald Trump. 

This vote covered how the House will go about conducting public hearings and writing up articles of impeachment, if it comes to that.

Every Republican in the House voted against it, so that includes each of the 12 Ohio Republican members of the House. Two Democrats also voted against it, but they were not from Ohio. All four Ohio Democrats in the House voted to approve the process to formally open the impeachment inquiry.

For those who will be out trick-or-treating tonight, 3News Chief Meterologist Betsy Kling has warned there will be lots of rain and wind gusts of 50-60 mph, with a high wind warning in the lakeshore counties of Erie, Lorain, Cuyahoga, Lake and Ashtabula.
