AKRON, Ohio — The Akron Police Department is searching for the suspect responsible for throwing rocks through the windows of the several homes.
There have been several incidents reports across the city,most recently in the North Hill neighborhood.
No injuries have been reported,however there was a very close call involving a four-month-old baby.
"One in particular, there was a small child in the room, bedroom I believe of a location where one of the rocks was thrown and came within inches of striking the child," said Lt. Michael Miller.
A description of a passenger getting out of a dark colored SUV, throwing rocks was provided to police following the most recent incident.
Officials are asking that all residents remain alert and report any suspicious activity.
