AKRON, Ohio — Police are investigating after a man's body was found with several gunshot wounds in Akron Monday.
The Summit County Medical Examiner says officers responded to the 900 block of Concord Avenue around 8:30 p.m. to investigate a possible shooting.
Officers discovered the victim's body in the driver's side of an SUV. The victim, who has only been identified as a 31-year-old man, was shot several times. He died at the scene.
The Summit County Medical Examiner is currently working to identify the man.
Police have not released any information on potential suspects.
