The LeBron James Family Foundation and Northeast Ohio's Crystal Clinic Orthopaedic Center are partnering to provide all active I PROMISE students and families convenient access to critical orthopaedic and healthcare services as well as other resources throughout the year, according to an LJFF news release.
As part of the partnership, Crystal Clinic's staff will provide monthly healthcare clinics and critical preventative education for all I PROMISE families, annual student-athlete physicals and expedited access to healthcare services for I Promise School students, and athletic trainers for all LJFF-sanctioned sporting events, the release states.
Additionally, Crystal Clinic will host LJFF's 10th grade experience outing exposing students to career opportunities in the medical field, according to the release.
“For our families, this convenient access to important health resources and education is vital,” said Michele Campbell, Executive Director of the LeBron James Family Foundation in the release.
“We can't thank the Crystal Clinic team enough for servicing our students' health needs and helping us provide critical supports to our families in as many ways as we possibly can.”
The Crystal Clinic Orthopaedic Center is well-known in the region for its patient centered, high quality, value based, orthopaedic care, according to the release.
With a team of more than 41 physicians and 750 clinical and support staff, the Crystal Clinic has been serving families throughout Northeast Ohio since 1998.

The LJFF-Crystal Clinic partnership was officially launched with a video highlighting I Promise students and their families receiving a special visit from Santa, team LJFF and Crystal Clinic staff as they received the surprise of a lifetime with the news of easily accessible healthcare for their entire families.
