U.S. Marshals seek help locating three missing teens from Akron

The three cases are not connected outside of the geographic location.

U.S. Marshals with the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force are seeking the public's help locating three missing Akron teens. 

  • 15-year-old Zamaria Hill was last seen on January 14 in Barberton. She is described as a 5'7'' tall girl weighing approximately 110 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. 
  • 14-year-old Cyncere Franklin was last seen August 3 near Copley Road in Akron. She is described as a 5'7'' tall girl weighing approximately 140 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. 
  • 15-year-old Sarah Jo Clark was last seen August 3 in Brunswick. She is described as a 5'5'' tall white girl weighing approximately 130 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. 

The three cases are not connected, however, all three girls are believed to be in the Akron area.

The search for the missing girls is a part of the U.S. Marshals' and Akron Police's joint Operation, Safe Space, working to locate or recover high-risk kids. So far, the operation has helped to locate more than 20 kids missing or at risk in the Akron area.

Anyone with information on Zamaria, Cyncere, or Sarah's whereabouts is asked to contact the to call the U.S. Marshals at 1-866-492-6833.  Additional information is available at through the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children

Those looking to provide tips can remain anonymous and a reward is being offered. This is a developing story. Check back with 3News for updates.
