Four students at Lehman Middle School in Canton were transported to an area hospital with various symptoms on Wednesday morning.
It is believed the students had fallen ill after ingesting chocolate containing an unknown substance, brought to the school by another student.
The Canton Police Department Vice Unit is investigating the matter. No further information is currently available.
