CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Division of Police is asking for help locating a missing 13-year-old girl who was last seen at her home in the 3400 block of E. 116th Street, in Cleveland.
Rashyah Smith, 13, reportedly ran away while her mother was at work, and has not been seen or heard from since.
Anyone with information on Rashyah's whereabouts is encouraged to call Cleveland Police at (216) 621-1234.
