Cleveland Police seek help locating missing 16-year-old boy with autism, ADHD

CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Police Department has issued an endangered missing child alert for a missing 16-year-old boy. 

Cory Phillips was last seen leaving his mother's home in the 500 block of East 124th Street. 

According to reports, Phillips and his mother were involved in a domestic violence incident around 4 a.m. After the incident, Phillips fled the home and has not been seen since. 

He is described as 5'7'' tall Black teen with a mustache with black hair and brown eyes. According to reports, Cory has autism and ADHD. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie and black jeans.

Police believe he could be in the areas of East 88th and Superior Avenue or East 127th Street. Anyone with information on Cory or his whereabouts is asked to contact Cleveland Police at 216-621-1234.
