Mack was wanted by the Cleveland Division of Police for alleged aggravated murder.

On Sept. 11, 2021, Mack allegedly shot and killed 28-year-old Chiffon Jefferson in front of her three children at the Garden Valley Apartments in Cleveland. After the shooting, Mack fled the scene and has been missing ever since.

“Seeking justice for the victim’s family, specifically her three innocent children, her sister and her mother, was all the motivation our task force members needed to relentlessly pursue this violent fugitive over the past several months,” said U.S. Marshal Pete Elliott. “This fugitive is no longer a threat to the public due to the outstanding effort of one Cleveland Police Sargent, who was the lead on this investigation for our task force.”

Since September, the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force worked numerous hours trying to find her location. Recently, information was received that Mack was in Brooklyn, New York, which led to her discovery.

Mack was located in an apartment near the 80 block of Clarkson Avenue in Brooklyn.

Anyone who has any information on any fugitive is asked to contact the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force at (866) 492-6833 or by submitting a web tip HERE
