The Cleveland Division of Police says the four children who triggered a statewide AMBER Alert after apparently abducted by their mother have been safely located.

Officials say 23-year-old Brianna Harris took her children Tayveon (7 years old), Kylee (4), Savannah (2), and Zayanna (2) Friday, and all were last seen at an East Cleveland McDonald's. The blue Toyota Corolla she was believed to be driving was located unoccupied Saturday afternoon, followed by her and the children moments later on the 1300 block of Superior Ave. at a relative's apartment.

Brianna’s uncle, Pete Martin, was asked if he knew anything about an AMBER Alert.

"No, I didn't know nothing,” he said. "I thought I was just giving her shelter because her and her sister got into a fight."

Martin said Harris and her kids were at his apartment on Superior because he said she had no other place to go.

"She's a good mother. She's a solid good mother. She don't let even a string of hair in one of those kids hair go out of place."

Four kids and only 23 years old, Martin said Harris was living with her sister after her house flooded. But, her sister kicked her out and Harris and her four kids were homeless. Even sleeping in a car for a night, he said.

"It's been rough. It's been real rough."

After her sister kicked her out, Martin said the family called the cops. .

Police say Harris has bi-polar disorder and Schizophrenia and hadn’t taken medication. That worried the family and police but the health of 2-year-old Savannah even more, as she could have been running out of oxygen after a tracheotomy.

"Every other day she was at that hospital for two years," Martin said.

Harris’ sister is in trouble as well for not alerting police of her whereabouts.

"All of them started crying,” Martin said. “Everybody started crying."

Harris also had a warrant out for her arrest because of probation violation. Her Uncle said he hopes his niece gets the help she needs.
