Cleveland Police: Body of man pulled from Cuyahoga River

The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office will determine the identity of the male victim.

CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Division of Police has announced the recovery of a body found in the Cuyahoga River. 

Police assisted members of the Cleveland Division of Fire's Dive Team with the recovery on Monday afternoon in the area of Scranton Road and University Avenue. 

The dead body of a man was found at around 2:00 p.m. The body was taken to the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Officer for more information and to determine the identity.
