CLEVELAND — Three people were injured and two parked cars were damaged in an accident on Cleveland's west side Tuesday evening.

Police responded to the intersection of West 129th Street and North Road for reports of a cash with a rollover and entrapment just before 7:30 p.m. A car driven by a 38-year-old man was traveling south on West 129th over the speed limit when he slammed into a second car, causing it to flip over and collide with two other parked cars before landing on its roof. The initial car came to a rest in the yard of a nearby home after colliding with a parked car.

The driver suffered serious injuries and his passenger, an 18-year-old woman, suffered critical injuries. The driver of the second car, a 36-year-old man, suffered minor injuries, and all three victims were transported to Metro Health Medical center for treatment.
