CLEVELAND — Heads up!
If you are traveling in downtown Cleveland, you may need to find a new route.
Cleveland Fire officials wrote on Twitter that Cleveland Police has closed Chester Avenue at East 9th Street due to an issue with an electrical vault underground.
Officials noted that East 9th Street is open, but is closed down to one northbound lane.
Cleveland Public Power officials are also on scene.
