Cleveland police say an 11-year-old child was struck by a car on the city's east side Friday afternoon.
According to authorities, the child was riding their bike near the intersection of East 104th St. and Miles Ave. when they were hit. EMS crews tell WKYC the child is in stable condition at MetroHealth Medical Center.
