Cleveland Metroparks announce Edgewater Live, Euclid Beach Live schedules

Summer is coming!

CLEVELAND — Summer fun is soon returning to the shores of Lake Erie.

The Cleveland Metroparks on Tuesday announced the schedules and music lineups for the popular Edgewater Live and Euclid Beach Live events.

Edgewater Live will take place every Thursday at Edgewater Park from May 30 through Aug. 1. The event features live music, food trucks and happy hour specials on Edgewater Beach. The concert lineup is as follows:

  • May 30: Cleveland's Breakfast Club | ’80s Rock
  • June 6: Bronx Country | Country
  • June 13: Carlos Jones and the P.L.U.S. Band | Reggae
  • June 20: Front Porch Lights | Indie Rock
  • June 27: Recess | Pop / Rock
  • July 11: The Benjaminz | R&B / Motown
  • July 18: Disco Inferno | Disco / Funk / ’70s & ‘80s
  • July 25: The Cover Ups | ‘90s / Rocking Dance Party
  • August 1: The Prince Project Band | Prince Tribute Band

Euclid Beach Live will be every Friday from May 31 through Aug. 2. Visitors will find live music and local artists at the new Euclid Beach Pier. The concert lineup is as follows:

  • May 31: The Mourning Glory Band | Classic Rock
  • June 7: Aretifex | R&B / Motown
  • June 14: Rare Image | Motown
  • June 21: Sending up Songs of Praise | Gospel
  • June 28: Kinsman Dazz Band All Stars with Just Charnise | R&B
  • July 12: Funkyard X | Funk / R&B
  • July 19: Shout | Top 40 / R&B
  • July 26: Ras T Dubflex | Reggae
  • August 2: Russell Thompson and the Free Agent Band | Jazz

Cleveland Metroparks announced a total of more than 65 concerts and live music events across its properties this summer. In addition to Edgewater Live and Euclid Beach Live, locals will find live music at Garfield Park, Rocky River Reservation, South Chagrin Reservation and Emerald Necklace Marina.

A Summer Dancing Series will take place Tuesdays at Garfield Park and Wednesdays at Euclid Beach, while a West African Circle Series will visit those parks Aug. 16 and Aug. 23, respectively.

Six weeks of Sunday blues, bluegrass and Americana concerts will kick off July 7 at Look About Lodge in South Chagrin Reservation, while Rocky River Reservation will host Stinchcomb Summer Concerts every Wednesday evening in July. 

Those looking for more entertainment along Cleveland's waterways can also find live music every Friday at Emerald Necklace Marina and every Saturday at e55 on the Lake at E. 55th Street Marina beginning Memorial Day weekend.
