Cleveland Public Library reopens with new COVID-19 restrictions

Among the new coronavirus restrictions, computer usage has been limited to one hour per visitor.

CLEVELAND — It's back!

The Cleveland Public Library is welcoming guests back inside starting Monday, Aug. 24 with a slew of new restrictions amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Here's what you need to know...

RESTRICTIONS

  • "Library visits are limited to one hour and 15 minutes to allow everyone to safely access our materials and resources."
  • All guests are required to wear a face covering while inside the library (disposable masks are available).
  • All guests must follow proper social distancing.
  • Computer usage is limited to one hour. Computer rooms have been reconfigured for social distancing.

CURBSIDE & WALK-UP SERVICE

KIDS' CAFE

  • Children up to age 18 can receive a grab-and-go meal at all neighborhood branches.

EXPIRED LIBRARY CARD?

  • Is your card expired? No problem! You can now renew it online HERE.

HOURS

  • 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
  • 10 a.m. - 11 a.m. for immunocompromised visitors.
