How an inflatable dinosaur costume helped a Cleveland couple sell their home

This hilarious listing is unlike anything we've ever seen.

CLEVELAND -- In Northeast Ohio you will find a collection of different styles of homes. One Cleveland couple is trying to make a new style stick: Dino style.

When Sarah and PJ Kazimer decided to sell their Old Brooklyn home of four years, they wanted to make sure their listing stood out among the rest. Their idea: Add a hot pink inflatable dinosaur. If their goal was to make a statement, they succeeded.

If you look at their listing on Realtor.com, it shows Sarah inside of the hot pink dinosaur costume posing all over the house.

“I’m sure our neighbors thought we were a little different when were on the front porch just hanging out getting ready to take some of those shots,” Sarah laughed.

But those that are close to her know pre-historic antics never get old. In her house she has dino everything, including a dinosaur cookie jar and salt and pepper shakers.

“Even my baby shower we had little dinosaurs that were on each of the tables,” Sarah continued. “Those are now around my desk at work. At work, everyone just loves it. They call me the dinosaur girl.”

It might not be Chip and Joanna Gains, but the crazy idea worked! They posted the dino pics on their listing last Thursday and it took less than a week to get an offer.

“If we were looking at a house that had a dinosaur, I’d at least want to check it out and see what was going on.”

The Kazimer’s have bought a house in the Brunswick area where it’s unlikely the dino-love will go extinct.
