One of the aspects of Cleveland and Northeast Ohio that gives us pride is our food!
There are no shortage of terrific restaurants in our city and that excellence has been noted nationally by everyone from The Los Angeles Times, who hailed Cleveland as a “hot new dining city,” to TIME, who ranked us the seventh best food city in the country a few years ago.
That's why a recent study from Wallet Hub caught our attention.
To find the best and cheapest foodie scenes, WalletHub compared more than 180 U.S. cities across 29 key indicators of foodie-friendliness. The analytics used ranges from cost of groceries, to affordability and accessibility of high-quality restaurants, to food festivals per capita.
Cleveland checked in at #37 in the study, ranking 39th in affordability and 41st in 'diversity, accessibility, and quality.'
