Jared Leto visits Rock & Roll Hall of Fame for 'Mars Across America'

The 'Mars Across America' tour landed a quick stop in Cleveland.

CLEVELAND -- Many fans know Jared Leto as the Academy Award winning actor who has appeared in such films as Dallas Buyers Club, Suicide Squad and Blade Runner 2019.

Tuesday, Leto was Cleveland for a stop at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame where he briefly spoke to fans.

As frontman of the band Thirty Seconds to Mars, his visit comes to celebrate their upcoming album release.

It's part of a cross-country trip from New York to Los Angeles this week as he seeks to explore and showcase the album's namesake, America. The journey is called "Mars Across America."

Leto is using various modes of transportation for "Mars Across America," including plane, train, automobile and hitchhiking.

Leto will be back in Northeast Ohio in a few months as Thirty Seconds to Mars performs at Blossom Music Center on Saturday, June 16.
