John Mulaney coming to Cleveland in September

Mulaney, who is set to become a five-time host of "SNL" this weekend, will bring his "From Scratch" tour to Cleveland on Sept. 23.

CLEVELAND — Northeast Ohio fans of John Mulaney, listen up!

On Tuesday, the stand-up comedian and former head writer for "Saturday Night Live" announced that he will make a stop in Cleveland this September during his new "From Scratch" tour. 

Mulaney will perform on Friday, Sept. 23, at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse and tickets for the event will go on sale Friday, Feb. 25 at 10 a.m. You can secure tickets for the event by clicking here once tickets go live.

The exciting news comes as the two-time Emmy winner gets ready to host "SNL" for the fifth time this weekend, joining the elite "five-timers club" among the likes of Steve Martin, Tina Fey, Paul Rudd, Scarlett Johansson and Justin Timberlake. You can watch the comedian on "Saturday Night Live" on 3 starting at 11:30 p.m. Saturday. 

It's been a busy year for Mulaney who recently debuted the fourth season of his hit animated Netflix series "Big Mouth" alongside friend and co-writer Nick Kroll, and welcoming a son with girlfriend and actor Olivia Munn.
