CLEVELAND, Ohio — A man was arrested early Thursday morning for allegedly taking off with a 3-month-old baby after firing shots at the child’s mother on E. 135th Street.
Police say 30-year-old Jimmy Ramone Eacho was taken into custody just before 2:30 a.m.
Eacho is the child’s father, but police say he does not have custody of the baby boy.
The child was found safe and will be reunited with his mother.
