Figueroa and the victim apparently had an ongoing feud which led to them setting up a fight outside of their workplace. Figueroa reportedly got out of his vehicle, confronted the victim, shot him multiple times, and drove off.

The victim, who has not yet been identified, was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.

Officers obtained information on Figueroa and discovered that he lives in Lorain. A warrant was obtained and he was taken into custody by the Lorain Police Department.

The case remains under investigation.
