CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Division of Fire is investigating after three homes caught on fire on the city's east side Wednesday night.

Fire officials say crews responded to the 1500 block of East 30th for a house fire around 7:15 p.m. When firefighters arrived, they found two additional homes in flames.

Crews were able to get all three fires under control in less than a half hour. Everyone inside the houses escaped without being hurt, and no firefighter injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
