WATCH | Drew Carey teams up with Indians to remake ‘Cleveland Rocks’ TV intro

The Cleveland Indians have put their own twist on the iconic opening sequence from ‘The Drew Carey Show.’

CLEVELAND — He’s baaaaaack!

Drew Carey joined forces with the Cleveland Indians this week for a surprise appearance in their remake of the iconic “Cleveland Rocks” opening from his self-titled TV comedy The Drew Carey Show.

The video (watch below) features Slider, the Tribe’s racing hot dogs and a variety of other mascots from several MLB teams dancing through Cleveland.

Their antics end inside Progressive Field with Carey himself jumping into the final shot for the song’s “Ohio!” shout.

It was filmed while Carey was back in his hometown as a celebrity guest for the MLB All-Star Game festivities.
